Tomorrow Living’s instalments explore the home as a domestic sanctuary powered by cocooning technology, how to individualise and optimise our lives at home and what needs to be done to build self-sufficient communities. Ultimately, through the diverse perspectives of the participating creators, they share visions for a sustainable, domestic future. Technologies – from hyper-intelligent meditation tools and artificial intelligence to 5G, blockchain and biosensors – are presented as fundamental tools.

The Tomorrow Living series brings together the expertise of 30 international designers, architects, artists, scientists and more. Each of the four chapters in the Frame x Huawei Milan Aesthetic Research Centre docu-series investigates a theme that will define the future of living transformed by technology, which will be healing, intelligent, shock-proof and conscious as a result. To be screened at MEET, this tech-oriented deep dive is geared at helping the design community navigate the number of contemporary challenges in housing today, from climate change and an affordability crisis to energy shortages and mass migration.
