Zeynep Erol
Zeynep Erol is a multidisciplinary designer and researcher who holds a BSc in Computer Science Engineering from METU, Turkey, and has completed an MSc in Digital and Interaction Design at Politecnico di Milano.
Her interests lie at the intersection of User Experience (UX), interaction design, and computational creative technologies, with a focus on creating meaningful experiences. In her academic research, she has explored contextual storytelling using machine learning. Her master’s thesis focused on the concept of Animacy, examining the perception of aliveness for robotic design with a multidisciplinary approach.
At the lab, Zeynep is a research assistant for a European project called SWITCH, with a focus on food, sustainability, health, and artificial intelligence.
